Since we use a Ticketing Queue System, it depends on the amount of Tickets that we have in the queue. Your Ticket can be seen to immediately or can take up to 48 hours depending on how busy the queue is. Remember that there are different queues for each Subscription Level which means that if you are a Premium or Pro Subscriber, you will receive much faster dedicated support that the standard support queue.
